Deposit Policy: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Balance is payable prior to your client’s arrival.
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable, but bookings may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice (subject to availability).
Access to the Premises: Your hire includes 15 minutes prior to your booking to set up, the booked session time, and an additional 10 minutes after for departure. Please be mindful of these times so the space remains available for the next guest.
